Perhaps the fact that I can’t AFFORD to send Duke Power any more money each month (contrary to their own, MY income has steadily DECREASED over the past few y ears) can be turned into a good thing. … nd that, not because they’re foolish drug addicts, or lazy and irresponsible, but because the current economic climate affords them too few opportunities for e arning an honest living….
